Yes — a 15% non-refundable retainer secures your date so we do provide your date to another event
The 15% retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, any additional payments (besides the retainer) are refunded.

We typically arrive 1.5–2 hours before your booked start time. And of course we can arrive earlier or later is required! Setup and breakdown do NOT count against your booth hours.
Yes! Standard props and backdrops are included in all packages. Premium options are included in select packages or available as add-ons.
Guests can receive photos/videos instantly via QR code, text, email, and Airdrop (when supported by the venue).
Yes — after your event, you receive a Google Photos album link with all photos or 360 clips (depending on your package).
Absolutely. We can match your event theme, fonts, colors, or even add logos. Premium packages include full custom designs.
